After two years of culinary school, I've gained enough weight to say enough is enough. I'm getting back on track. Plan is first to figure out how to handle school, family etc and schedule in exercise. What worked before is counting calories along with the exercise...and Spark was a big piece for me. Monday I'll weigh in and I'll also be able to tell how I'm doing by how my clothes fit. I will wet up a mini and one major reward at the end. So here I go...
