Happy Easter from Japan

A friend and I made Easter dinner after church. We made the traditional Easter favorite, tofu. Lol. It was surprisingly good! It was baked with a citrus sauce. For sides, we had kinpira gobo (burdock root and carrot cut thinly - we bought it), a simple onion soup, mini tomatoes, and 100 calorie croissants. It was a fun dinner, though not very traditional.
