no way, may day 1

had a great day yesterday. i focused on my goals. i did not get up at 4 to work up. i had a bit too much fun the night before. date night with the hubby. it had been far too long since we had one of those.
i did get my lunchtime walk in though. and all my water. i had no soda and no alcohol. i stayed on plan and made a delicious dinner of stuffed peppers and baby bellas last night. so tasty!
i need some help with breakfast. i follow a 3 hour eating plan. here's how my morning goes:
5:30-6: oatmeal with blueberries and a glass of milk
9:00: 2 hardboiled eggs with fruit.
the issue i'm having is that breakfast doesn't always hold me over til my snack. any ideas what i could add with oatmeal to hold me over? if i have eggs at 6 i'm good, but i don't really want to be eating 3-4 eggs every day. haha. i have yogurt later in the day so eating yogurt with my oatmeal as well is kind of redundant. maybe cottage cheese? i just feel if i add something small it may help, i just don't know what. whole wheat english muffin or toast seems a bit much on the carbs with the oatmeal.
by the way, "no way, may" is the mantra i've taken for the month. i'm trying to tell myself that when something less than healthy comes my way. hopefully it works!
