Squat Challenge

So here are the results of my squat challenge. I can see a difference. Can you?
I told myself I would never do a squat again, but after seeing this....I'm sure I will in fact I've already done 75 this morning!

This month I am doing abs and arms. I really hope my results are the same!

    Of course you can tell! I think I am going to start doing squats too, as much as I hate them but it's worth a try!
