Don't give up! Log on every day. Try to track your food too. If I eat something I have to own it! Even if I go waaaaaaay off track, I log it in! I also made small goals, like to exercise at least 10 minutes before I am allowed to go on the computer. I am up to at least 20-25 a day now, and I feel so much better. Good luck!

Yay for finding your way back to SP! I know for sure without the community and great tools here I wouldn't be half as successful. Wishing you all the best on beginning again.

It can really sneak up on you if you are not paying attention. Good that you are here and ready to tackle it. Lots of great people and lots of great tools. I really rely on the nutrition tracker, make sure I get my water in every day and exercise!

I need a buddy to be accountable to. I'd be glad to. I need some one to tell what my goals are and to tell them the next day if I did it.
