5 pounds 'til 100 pounds lost and 8 pounds 'til Onederland!

I can't believe I'm almost to one of my major goals on Sparkpeople. In five more pounds, I'll have lost 100 pounds. The anticipation of it is probably more exciting than getting there, because I just cannot believe that I have persevered! I am doing it!
Some major life changes have contributed for sure.
1) My husband is FINALLY on board.
Yes, friends, it happened. My husband, who has fought me kicking and screaming on this "healthy" thing, is finally with me on this. He has come on board. And in a mere MOMENT, he has lost almost 40 pounds. MEN!!! But, I digress... He is aboard. So this is wonderful.
2) I am COOKING real, healthy food for the first time ever.
No. more. Stouffers. I have the Sparkrecipes app and I use it. A lot. I cook, and what's even better, my husband eats it! He is eating healthy food that I am cooking! It's just too awesome for words.
3) I chase around a very energetic toddler all evening after work.
4) When it comes to exercise, I fit it in when I can.
I downloaded an iPhone app called "7 MWC" that has revolutionized the way I work out. I workout for 7 minutes at a time. It's a circuit with 30 seconds per exercise. It has jumping jacks, squats, lunges, tricep dips, pushups, etc... And I do the circuit once, twice or three times per day, whenever I have time. I don't beat myself up for not exercising! And I run when I want to, and I take a walk when I feel like it, and... chase the baby most of the time. So all that movement has been adding up.
Those are my new secrets of success! I can't wait until I can post my "100 pounds lost" blog. Ideas for photos? Should I take a photo with ten bowling bowls or other cliches, lol??? Wear my old size 28 pants? :) It's fun thinking about it.
