Recap of the Spring 5% Challenge

What challenge did I faced during the Spring 5% Challenge?

I had problems with the challenges that were more time consuming.

Also, as I don't go often on Spark on weekend (I use mainly the app), having the challenges starting on Saturday, I was almost always missing the first 2 days.

I also had problems with the all or nothing challenges. ex.: tracking food.

    It is tough when you can't get on every day. But, it does help to be able to post for more than one day when you do. The "all or nothing" points for the LTGL are a little harder to deal with, but I think we have to do the best we can. Actually, those are the easier ones for me to's the exercise minutes that get to me! LOL! Good luck!! Jeannie

    I hope you'll hang in with us. A lot of people do not spark on weekends, that is why we allow posting minutes for more than one day at a time.

    The challenges I find most challenging are the ones I need to work on the most. ex. drinking water. I know I need it but I hate it.

    Please let one of your team leaders know if you need help. emoticon
