I seem to blog few and far between....
I have been busy making changes in my life. I have learned the strictest of plans do not work. I have learned it's ok to falter but get back to what I want to accomplish sooner than later. I do use the scale daily but only as a starting point for the day and know that it does not define me. I have learned that using a specific diet only works short term and it becomes boring and I feel as if I might be missing something. I have learned that I am much more successful if I journal and keep track of my activity and intake.
I do intend to exercise daily first thing in the morning
Drink more water and limit mountain dew intake
Bring lunches to work so I have more control with healthy choices
Exercise....6 consecutive days and counting
Water still a work in progress
Lunches and snacks at work have made me eat more fruits and veggies for sure
I have a lot of work ahead of me but I'm very proud of myself for my accomplishments so far.
