Back after disappointment

Back in January, I was highly motivated and determined to lose the weight and start eating healthy again and exercise. I was good to my word for 2 weeks! In that time, I lost ZERO ounces. Nothing. I was devastated because I was doing such an awesome job. What was HAPPENING?!

Anyway, I gave up and comforted myself by sitting on the couch and eating. Lovely. Anyway, I'm done with all that now and am trying this once again. My motivation is similar but I don't feel over-zealous, which is usually what gets me in trouble.

Hoping to fit into smaller shorts by Independence Day! I know I can do it. :D

    Don't stop ... evaluate ... adjust ... and try again. My blog will give you some of my experiences. But if it is not working, the short answer is that you need to lower the total number of calories and measure every bite. I LOVE the SP Nutrition Tracker.
