BLC break goals!!!

Well this should prove to be an interesting break...
1) To really tweak my food for calorie /carb cycling...so it isn't a guessing game.
2) To achieve a calorie deficit of 1000 or as close to it - 6 days/week
3) To continue with my PiYo program
4) Spin class 2x/week - after camp for this one
5) Track food daily
6) Grow hair...lol
These are very achievable for me as long as I stick to plan...i can!!!
