Yesterday was my birthday... 29!!! 2 9 !!! WOW! That is a year away from 30 so I decided to make a list of goals to accomplish this year.
1. Get my weight down to 145-155.
2. Fit into a size 8 jean easily!
3. I want 3 1/2 miles to be an easy run.
4. I want to have made it a habit to go to the gym 5 Xs a week. Even on the busy, stressful ones!
5. I need to work on my self esteem and build it up.
6. I want to have saved $5,000.
Steps to take that will get me there.
I have started to eat really healthy again. I am avoiding all chemicals. Eating at least 6 servings of fruits and veggies a day! I will drink 8 glasses of water each day! I need to go running again on sundays. Most importantly, I want to enjoy life! Every minute should make me happier!!!
