I am still at a loss as to how to balance the carbs, protein and fats.
Can do well with carbs as long as I eat no produce.
Protein count is still too high.
Consuming all the fat is nauseating.
I am open to any suggestions about how to do this KETO thing successfully.
SP has so much to offer and am probably just looking in the wrong places.
Had a really good day today.
Got a haircut, color and facial today and didn't pay a thing for them.
Why??? I bartered services!
I remain quite grateful!
