Busy weekend for me: my husband was doing the dedication of the new football field where he went to high school so we were at that and the after party on Friday night. I'm proud that I only had 2 drinks, passed on the mozzarella sticks, potato skins, nachos and chicken wings. Instead I had 6 pieces of calamari, yes it was fried, but man was it delicious! I also had half of a turkey club...more bread than I would normally eat but I saved up my yellow containers that day and knew we would be dancing away at the bar so I would burn it off.
Saturday was deep cleaning of my house now that the kids and myself are done with being home for the summer I needed to get things back in order. Even though I was tired from Friday night, I still did the dirty thirty DVD.
Sunday was a whirlwind. Both my girls had double header softball games so my day was busy from 8AM until 2PM. I then planned meals for the week, went food shopping, did 5 loads of laundry, cooked a chicken for on my salad this week, chopped veggies,boiled eggs and even squeezed in a movie with my girls before bedtime.
Today was back to strictly following my eating plan even though I didn't go off besides Friday night I want to make sure I don't slip up when I really don't have to.
