This week, doing 5 sets of 25 situps, 5 sets of 15 pushups. 2 20 minute bike rides up and down the hilly neighborhood, 2 zumba classes, volunteering at the library. walking up and down the 4 flights of stairs in the parking garage and at the docs office about once every other week.
focusing on being positive. using the grateful journal to focus thoughts. keeping on the balance eating healthy and doing things that need to be done without resentment. Chores aren't so bad when you just finally do them.
