Birthday Coming Up!

I will be 51 on October 12th, and my goal is to lose 15 lbs by then. It may seem unreasonable to some (or most), but that is what I would like. I would be happy with 10 lbs lost, but my ultimate goal is 15 lbs.

Although the ticker on the bottom of my screen does not show it, I had crept all the way up to 200 lbs this summer. I was not happy and did not feel well. Then I decided to do something about it. I am now back to walking most mornings and swinging my kettlebell again. I forgot how good it made me feel!! I am now back down to 194, but still have a ways to go.

I can do it.
