Days 16-21 and final results

A little late on this, but I've been busy!!!

So because of kids games and practices and actually having to work I wasn't able to complete the two DVDs per day for the last week. I had open house at my school, one at my daughter's school, a game or practice every night, a birthday party, 4 games on Sunday...you get the picture! I made sure to get in the one a day but there just wasn't time for anything else! I was disappointed but figured I would find time to start the two a days in October when things wind down.

On that note here are my results:
Just under 6 pounds lost...I'm happy with that even though it isn't a huge amount. I'm really close to my goal weight and am toward the bottom of my healthy weight range so I know I'm not going to see huge weight loss unless I starve myself and that ain't happening!!
I lost a total of 8 inches...1 in each leg, 1/2 in each arm, 1 1/2 from my hips, 1/2 from chest and the rest from my waist. I am comfortably in a size 6 or 8 depending on brand and I haven't seen that in a very very long time.
And now most importantly, this lifestyle change isn't even a change anymore....it's just my lifestyle! I don't even think about food choices because there really isn't a choice for me...my body doesn't crave crap anymore. An added benefit, my kids are now the same way. They still will eat some chips or sweets now and then because they're kids but I've noticed a definite change in what they choose most of the time.

I have to give a shout out to my 21 day fix facebook group who helps inspire me and gives out great menu ideas and overall just add a smile to my face everyday!!

    You are doing a great job. I am so happy for you. You are right to say this is a lifestyle change, I so agree. and please do not starve yourself, not good. I lost slowly but surely and kept it off. Think you are doing this right. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
