I need to keep telling myself that change is not going to happen over night. However, it sure does seem like I can gain a pound over night!!! :( Why can't I lose one just as fast?
I did excellent at eating fruits and vegetables today and drinking water. I did good at eating up until I got home from work.
I lose all self control and reasoning after 5 when it comes to choosing what I eat wisely. I recognize this problem. I know I have it. Why can't I fix it?
I still have a calorie deficit this week by exercising. I wouldn't have one if it wasn't for the exercise. The deficit isn't anywhere near 3,500 calories. I probably won't be losing any weight. Just maintaining....
