I feel smaller.

I feel smaller even though the scale doesn't show it. I need to get my measurements tomorrow morning when I first get up so I can keep track of those.
I have been getting in a routine of drinking water. That is my biggest accomplishment for this month. Once that becomes a habit that will be one less thing I have to push myself to do.
I need to start lifting my hand weights, doing pushups, and squats. When I have lost weight before that is what seemed to really help.
I need to get in a better routine of using my recumbent bike. Soon I'll have to fit studying in the mix.
I need to figure out how to eat or so that I don't eat too much in the evening.
