Spark Activity Tracker

I received my Spark Activity Tracker today and can't wait to add up the activities. its sop easy to use and it provides me with another tool to motivate me.

This has been a slow week for me--somewhat under the weather with minor ache and pains from over doing it. I've learned that I must crawl before I run, especially after being inactive for a couple of years.

    Take things slowly in the beginning so that you do not become frustrated or overwhelmed. You are doing a great job now that you are back and you don't want to injure yourself or overdo too badly. I hope that you enjoy your Spark Activity Tracker. I am about to invest in one myself. I understand that they are great little tools to have. Take things a little more easily.
