Hello, it's me

I just weighed in (which I haven't done for quite some time). What an eye opener. I have been so busy living and not paying attention to me. This is the most I have ever weighed. I looked at my treadmill log and haven't been on there since September. Where does the time go? It's not that I have been inactive. My job daily can accumulate 14,000 steps some days. I walk most mornings when I arrive to work at the fitness center. I walk before lunch with a coworker at least 2 - 3 days weekly. OK, so what are you going to do about it as my husband would ask me? Well, I am visiting my treadmill today, journaling my food and water intake, cleaning my house well today and will continue with plans 1 and 2 daily and plan 3 more often than not. I have been having fun...
Halloween fun weekend with great niece and nephews for 24 hours - that was exhausting but everyone had a great time. Bobbing for apple, slurping for worms, pumpkin patch, carving pumpkins, scavenger hunts, Monster Lab feel and touch - and great pictures of all (me - purple witch).

Now that we've all had our fun I will...
Pay attention to me and concentrate on a healthier version of me.

Going forward....it's all about me
