I'm Back

Well it has been over a year since I have been here. I have missed my friends and support so much. My new grandson is already a year old. My mom fractured her back and was in rehab for over 4 months during the holiday season last year and I have been busy taking care of her as she is now permanently on a walker. My job is going great. I am only working one job right now as my mom consumes most of my free time. I felt it was time to start taking care of me again. I haven't gained any weight but I haven't lost any either. I am tired all the time and with the holidays coming up I need to boost my energy. Any and all suggestions welcomed.

    emoticon we missed YOU too emoticon on another grandchild... that 1st year goes sooooo fast. Sorry to hear about your mom...she's blessed to have your loving help emoticon emoticon on maintaining your weight... that's a feat in itself emoticon

    I agree with your other Sparkfriends... walking is the best in so many ways emoticon gets you out in the fresh air and time to commune with nature emoticon ... clear your head and get the juices flowing emoticon

    If you haven't been active lately, I would recommend walking and yoga to start with.
