KEEPITUP4LIFE Your motivation is still there. With the looming winter it may be that you have a bit of the condition called SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder.) which causes some mild to moderate depression.
I have it but if you can just push yourself to keep going with the fitness, you will feel better each time. If it seems you are lapsing and you feel down, then perhaps a visit to the doctor may help.
Don't let the season or anything else stand in your way of reaching your goals. Visualize the first day you started your healthy journey and how :sparked " you were. Remember how good it felt every time you reached a goal? Keep pushing and you will get that motivation back.
