Holiday Smoothie

A lovely combination of flavors for those families who love year-round smoothies:

a half bag of cranberries
a can of pineapple with its 100% juice
a banana or two (depending on sweetness preferences and blender size)
a scoop or three of plain non-fat yogurt
a couple of navel oranges, peeled (or a scoop of OJ concentrate)
a generous dash of cinnamon

Makes 8 to 12 1-cup servings, depending on how much you've put in.
