2015...New Day....New Adventure!!

"It's a new dawn, It's a new day, It's a new life, For me, And I'm feeling good!"

I always knew I like that song....in just those few words...it's a lot!!

I have been so yo-yo with my eating....haven't ran in a couple of months....and I have a 1/2 marathon in April....what's my problem.

I got a cool new toy from my sister don't let it fool you...it's a good workout! IF you can keep the darn thing up for more than a minute...something that I am practicing on.

I am thinking...this is the year....this is the year to buckle down and watch what I eat and get more exercise in and work towards more goals

Anything is possible right???
