Back at it...

The big kid headed back to school this morning. So, now that there has been a turn in the tide in health, I decided to get back to it. Fitness and health 2015 has commenced!
I took it easy, though. I am easing myself back in, so as to not get sicker from being tired. I did 2.5 walking miles and some light upper body ST over 45 minutes. That's it. That is the level at which I will work this week. Next week, I'll kick it up a bit, as I can... and so on, and so forth, as I rebuild after being so terribly sick.
