Goals for 2015

I need to get consistent in building a healthy lifestyle. My goals for this year:
Cardio 5xs a week, strength train at least 3xs a week
Drink at least 10 cups of water a day
Track my food daily and stay in range at least 6 days
Walk 1500 miles
Read my Bible and spend more time with God every day
Get my house cleaned and organized
Eat at least 5 freggies everyday
