I'm apart of a challenge on Facebook where the ladies in the group have several different goals for the end of the challenge, but the main goal is to lose weight. We are supposed to achieve 350 points for healthy eating & 350 points for working out. You get 10 points a day for each you complete. Today for exercise I did 65 minutes on the treadmill. I thought I was going to have to exercise in the cold or go use my home gym since the fitness center was packed. Time will filter out the ones not serious about working out. I'll give them to Valentine's Day!
So, here's to my first day back at work:
As of today, I have 80 pts for healthy eating (I earned 30 pts in a menu planning bonus) & 30 pts for workouts.
