I'm exhausted due to another low blood sugar today. I gotta get my diabetes under control! It was my fault though. I took too much insulin for the lunch I had. Back to carb counting 101!! Here's my daily food & exercise:

Good night!

I have love blood sugar (no diabetes, thank God) and I know how it can leave you feeling. Before it drops try eating a little protein. I know after a high carb meal I'm going to bottom out after 20 or 30 minutes so I try to stay away from things like pancakes, rice or other high carb. If I do decide to have some pancakes with the family I will eat eggs, meat like sausage or ham, and go with like a tbsp syrup. I also add a lot of oatmeal to the batter with helps. If I had it I would put protein powder in it. Lately low blood sugar has been a big issue. I think I'm going to stick to eggs in the morning and salad with chicken breast for dinner. Lunch I haven't decided yet. This morning I had 3 oz. grilled chicken breast and 1 boiled egg. I felt good afterwards.

Sorry to hear about your diabetes and not feeling well. Are you eating enough? Less than 1000 calories for your activity levels seems might low! Your choices surely look healthy, for sure! Take care of yourself.
