Health and Wellness Goals

Here are my health an wellness goals gleaned from my Spark People Goal Board.

Long Term Goals:
• I will lose 20 pounds by spring (April 15) 2015
• I will lower my blood pressure and get off BP meds by December 2015
• I will hike the chimney rock by October 2015
• I will stop emotional eating
• I will control my impulsive eating
• I will have fun  emoticon

Action Steps:
• I will exercise 30 minutes, 5 times per week
• I will not eat after 7:30 PM except when out dining
• I will get at least 7 hours of sleep at least 5 days a week
• I will stop emotional eating
• I will control my impulsive eating
• I will completed strength training at once least per week
• I will have fun  emoticon

Motivators:
• I want to live a longer, healthier life
• I want to fit in my clothes
• I want to look attractive for my wife
• I want to feel better about my body
• I want to travel to South America, Europe, Asia and Africa
• I want to be fit and participate in athletic activities (5ks, 10Ks, half marathons, etc.)
• I want to have fun  emoticon
