What a beautiful day!

I got up and eat a healthy breakfast and did a 40 minute kickboxing workout! I even was able to get some cleaning down around the house! It has been a productive day so far!
My blog is going to be short and sweet...my goals for this week are:
1.)Continue to keep an open mind about other people and not be so quick to judge their intentions.
2.)Log my food and keep up with others on Spark People
3.)Forgive myself when I don't always do things perfectly
4.)Love my family and tell them how much I love them
5.)Get in at least 30 minutes of a workout every day!
These are just some of my goals, but that is a great start! I hope everyone is having a relaxing Sunday! God bless all of you!
