Sunday = Active Rest/Core (15 minutes walking)
Monday = HIIT (30)
Tuesday = Moderate Cardio/ST (Cardio 30/ST 45)
Wednesday = Rest
Thursday = Lower Body ST (30)/Stretch (15)
Friday = HIIT (30)
Saturday = Upper Body Workout (30)
I have been faithful to the 10 minutes streak and I had been true to myself and to it too.
