A little bit of snow never hurt anything!

My day pretty much consisted of shoveling out the driveway and cleaning off my car, but in between I did manage to do a 53 minute cardiovascular workout and then go back out and shovel some more! All and all, the day has been wonderful! You ask how I can say that after shoveling all this snow? Well, I look at it as another way to get in some exercise! There are always positive ways of looking at things if you just think about it.
Anyway, I think the snow has finally tapered off for now! That is good news!
I have no room for negativity in my life! I have a teenager in my house, and sometimes I get enough of that as it is! I am trying to teach him to be positive!
My weekly goals are to continue drinking 8 cups of water and continue getting in a 40 minute work out every day along with trying to eat right consistently! I love the Spark People food tracker! It is
