A month in review and February Goals

I have to say, January was a great month. Refusing to start anything on New Years, I really didn't start pushing myself until 7th. Total January loss: 7 pounds. I worked hard for them and I think that is why it feels so good.
Time to set February Goals:
- Only get on the scale once a week, on Fridays.
- 5 days at the gym even if it's just cardio.
- Hit the ten pound mark
- Another 7 pounds total
- Increase my steps. Currently at 5K a day and i am going way over the days I go to the gym. I think I will increase them to 5500. Baby Steps win the race.
- Clean more....it will help with the extra steps
All of this is absolutely attainable. It's a matter of doing it. I am ready to ROCK February. It's a shorter month, so extra pushing is in order. I got this.
