Food tracker - Update

So I must admit I am very proud of myself...
Tracking all my food is a pain the butt, however you will not learn by avoiding the items you are eating by not tracking. You are still consuming wheather or not you choose to admit it or choose to ignore it.
I think this is the first time I have consistently tracked going on 5 weeks I think. Everyday, every morsel, every taste...
My choices are not always the best, but I do what I can and I plan to reach my goals by preparing meal plans every two weeks and tracking the day before.
In doing this I am able to see where I could get more protein in or less sodium etc. This also allows me to manipulate same day as to if I followed the plan or tweak some of the changes I have made throughout the day.
Again I am proud of myself for doing this... It has really been helpful to see and to also see where I may be going wrong.
