Motivation for Continuing to Build Routine

This Mark's Daily Apple post was just the thing I needed to read to keep me motivated about defining and protecting time for my 'build-a-day' idea. He articulates well what my sense was about building routine. It's always fun to find unexpected confirmations.

I love what he calls the moral of the story: drive your day, or your day will drive you. Direct, or you’ll be put in a constant position to react.
