Weigh in 240.8 this week.

Got a ton of chocolate for my bday. And for valentines day. And fast food (which I don't eat).
It is impossible not being home.

I feel like total crap too.
Tired of being morbid and disgusting.

    Ugh, it's so tough to pull yourself up once you're in that rut.
    Sit back, take some time and make a plan; both food and exercise. Make it short term, maybe for a week. Then go ahead and work it, girl!
    Never give up. Keep soldiering through. You can do this!!!
