So it is time to plan meals for the week. Lots of vegetables to deal with. I made a Mexican meal last night for guests. I was able to eat well and stay vegetarian while my guests also had carne asada. I could have easily incorporated the meat into my daily allowances, but am trying out this vegetarian lifestyle.
