My plans are as follows:
1.GOAL-- is to be consistent with exercise
A. Schedule my exercise times
B. Prepare my workout clothes the night before
C. Find a health journey buddy to text/call/sparkmail with daily
2. GOAL- to Continue working on being my best supporter.
A. Recognize Perfectionism and learn to channel it in a healthy way.
B. Make time for myself like just like all the others in my care
C. Reach out for support when I'm overwhelmed
