I was re-reading the mini-book by Sparkguy today and I reiterated that all I needed in a day is just 10 minutes.
I had kept a streak that reads Day 142 today, that is 142 days of 10+ minutes out of 173 days total [since September 15, 2014]
Missing 31 days without exercising at all.
That is 82% of working out for more than 10 minutes daily for the last 5 months.
What else can I say?
But the most important factor to note is that nothing positive happened till I checked what my meals looked like and decided to change the way I eat.
Yesterday was my birthday and I was really happy that I was at a weight that I had not been in 6 years of trying to live healthy.
I am presently happy with myself and I know it can only be better as each day goes by.
I am a Success Story too.
