Keeping it interesting

I added exercise fairly early on but didn't start tracking it until a few months later. I now have taken to another I have also recently joined a couple new teams and challenges. This site has a lot to offer. It allows one to change things up a bit to keep it interesting. I just downloaded the new app from SparkPeople today, Pep. I look forward to playing with it.
