No gain challenge...

So I didn't gain over this challenge but I didn't lose either...

I find weekends difficult. I have no routine generally... where as throughout the week I'm pretty consistent. I'm either bored, and can eat randomly (I am definitely a bored eater) or I don't have time, or things are just being decided on a whim and I don't properly organize myself.

This weekend would have been a bored weekend, however I did not over indulge or snack randomly. I was conscious of every bite I took and stayed within my ranges for each day. I may have not lost weight due to not exercising as I tend to take some days of rest... As well I probably could have eaten more fruits and veggies instead of some of the other things that I consumed.
