Day 2 - personal get back on track challenge

Today was easier than yesterday at least. I am proud of myself for recognizing my stress at work and not eating to avoid it. I ate in my calorie range and squeezed in a little bit of exercise. I love 30 day fitness challenges for keeping me going when I think I am too busy or tired to work out.
