Day 3 - back on track challenge

Woke up feeling great! Worked out, had lots of energy, felt healthy. Wondered why I ever wanted to overeat and feel bloated and miserable. Amazing how fast things change. After lunch I suddenly got hit with flu symptoms like a ton of bricks. I was achy, hot/cold and miserable. So what did I do? Tried to comfort myself with food. Ugh! Didn't make me feel better at all - feel horrible now. The only thing that really is saving me is that I decided to track my binge anyway and can see it wasn't quite as bad as I was imagining it was. I knew eating wasn't the answer- I knew I was looking for comfort and a quick sugar boost but I did it anyway. Hopefully next time I will be able to pause and make a better decision.
