First Week Back After Long Absence

After hitting an all time low, I pulled myself up by the bootstraps and decided to get back on track and take control of my health.
I am tired of feeling crappy all the time.
I was tired of scale not cooperating.
Since Tuesday, I have not had any diet soda, or alcohol- two biggies for me. I was depressed, and drinking more than I should.
I have made a point of drinking at least 100-140 oz of water a day. ( Water and coffee in the morning are the only drinks that I have had.)
I have made it a point to exercise.
Wed: 1 mile (15 min mile Leslie Sansone Walk at Home Video)
Thurs: 1 mile(15 min mile Leslie Sansone Walk at Home Video
Fri: NO workout- but still drank my water
Sat: 2 miles (15 and 12 min mile Leslie Sansone Walk at Home Video)
Sun: 52 min of Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing on the Wii.
Pounds lost: 3
Definitely a morale booster for me.
