Day 6 - Personal Challenge

Hmmm - looks like I need to work on weekends more. Two birthday parties this weekend. Lots of food, not much exercise. The lack of structure on weekends is definitely not helping me. For future weekends, I really should set up a plan before the weekend starts, so I don't find myself on Sunday night regretting how much I ate and looking forward to getting back on track Monday morning.
