Focus on the Positive!

Today I will focus on accomplishing my SparkCoach challenge of the day which is to focus, and write down a list of positive things I have accomplished.
1. I have made it the "healthy" range on the BMI scale.
2. I walk most evenings of the week.
3. I completed a hobby project: recovering my outdoor swing.
4. I am exploring new opportunities to buy fresh local produce.
(Sounds weird but I have discovered CSAs, co-op, and produce rescue operations all of which were right in my area without my awareness of them)
I will continue writing my list as the day goes by, but wanted to start the day off with positive thoughts.
