Well, maybe if it seems too difficult, you can just focus on praying for that person. If I am absolutely through with someone, sometimes I will pray for them and just "give them to God." You might even do that for someone still in your life. It might help in some way. Of course, you'll keep seeing them, but you'll know that you told God that it seems insurmountable and you don't know what to do. The person you were praying for doesn't need to know how hopeless you feel about it. Ask for a miracle if you need one. Ask a saint that you particularly love, or that you feel would be concerned to pray for this person as well. Prayer helps sometimes! 2069 days ago
It is hard but I do love and want to help all I can.. I understand but sometimes they do not want the help even if they say they want it.. It can go round and round.. But I am here for anyone who needs me.. I just can't believe you would get in anyone's way.. but if you need me I am here.. It is like that old saying "You can do anything for anyone but if they don't want it just leave it alone.." In His Love and Grace Just Me 2069 days ago
Oh how true-- Sounds simple to "love everyone" until that "impossible" person enters your life!-- Ha.ha There is so much negative about "Mothers-in-law"-- Now I am one with that title! I have joked about it-- saying, "Nobody ever wakes up one day and says, "I would like to have a mother-in-law"---- LOL -----And TV's Marie Romano---- does not give us MILs a very good image!
