On Day Whatever

I know what day I'm on but does it really matter if I am making a life style change. I am doing well, I have drop 31.8 pounds since the beginning of the year. I am very proud of myself. What I like more, is I don't deprive myself.
Saturday, I went to a soul food festival. I work out 2 hours that morning watch my calorie intake before I went. Then let go for the evening. I tried, the peach cobbler, lemon pound cake, ribs, chicken, mac and cheese, green, & cabbage.
Sunday, I was back to eating my normal for now, under 1500 calories. Jump on the scale yesterday and was down another 1. I didn't feel guilty, I felt like I got this and I can enjoy myself of the evening and not gain. So, I did it. So once again, this is day whatever.
