Standing At The Crossroads

Dear Self: This is the crossroads, My Love. you have not worked out in at least 4 weeks, though you continue to eat horribly. You don't feel great and you don't have a lot of energy. It's no mystery as to why... Your triglycerides are high and your vitamin D is low. You can see and feel your body starting to lose its tone. You can stop the decline! You can turn this ship around!
