i did it

i already beat one of my june goals. i am under 220 yeah!!!! i went back to my original plan that worked for me back in 04 when i first started and slam bam i am down to 217.8 this morning. i restarted last thursday so something is working.
ok now to meet my next goals for the month.
i am finally opening all those workout dvds that were just collecting dust, my machine is finally working again and i am going to start strength training again 2 x a week to help put this flab in its place.
